While it’s clearly one of those “why didn’t I think of that” ideas – I would rather participate for a dollar than stand by and miss a great opportunity. Traffic is everything for my site – and this is generating a whole lot more than a dollar’s worth!

I believe that my employee needs a little time to grow into the position. S/he's only been on my payroll for about seven hours, after all. Still, at least one of the other bosses has already come and left a comment on my blog, and hopefully more will do the same in the coming days.
