		<description>Hi There

hope I&#039;m not intruding, I live over the pond in the UK, place called Cumbria.

I have just downloaded podpress and I can see all the great things that people are using it for but I am a complete newcomer to this and have not even managed to upload a single podcast as I havn&#039;t a clue where to start.

Is there anywhere where I can get all the information to upload my first podcast ie information to add into different fields, where to start first and in what order etc etc.

It just seems that there isn&#039;t much information out there that is aimed at the complete novice ie moi.

Any help much appreciated
