Ed Lee, PR blogger and former guest co-host of New Comm Road, has drawn a line in the virtual sand — and he doesn’t plan on crossing it.
In a post earlier tonight, Ed wrote that he’s withholding a post summarzing comments that a few bloggers, including me, offered following his questions to the front men of the recently announced new-marketing company crayon, until one of them steps forward and actually offers some answers.
So in essence, Ed’s holding that follow-up post “hostage” until either Joseph Jaffe, C.C. Chapman, Shel Holtz, or Neville Hobson is willing to show him “some love” and respond to his questions head-on.
crayon, which doesn’t even launch until this Thursday, is already facing a stiff challenge in the blogosphere from the not-likely-to-back-down Ed Lee.
Wonder how this potential showdown will play out.

24|Oct|2006 1hey Bryan,
Unfortunately I’m not holding anything hostage. I’m simply waiting for responses from the Crayola Collective. I was hoping to be able to capture their comments into a blog posting but as the only response was from Neville (and an email from Jaffe) I wouldn’t’ve been able to do that anyway. even if i hadn’t been at death’s door.
But thanks for championing my cause from inside the CAPOW group!

24|Oct|2006 2Ahh, Ed. Such a cool-headed, rational response. You should have played along! I wanted to see the smoke coming out of your nose. It would have made for a much more colo[u]rful story — pun intended
