My CaseCamp partners in crime share their thoughts on the announcement of CaseCamp Second Life:
Eli Singer, the fourth organizer and CaseCamp founder, had his Singer.to blog hacked into recently, so you’ll just have to take my word for it that he’s excited, too!

15|Nov|2006 1Bryan - this sounds very cool, and I’m an SL sceptic. Have ordered a ticket to come along, but the confirmation email said:
*Please PRINT THIS RECEIPT and bring it with you to the event entrance.

*If you cannot print this receipt, please bring a PHOTO ID.

15|Nov|2006 2Ahh, Dave, sorry about those lines in the confirmation e-mail. No need to bring your receipt into Second Life
The MollyGuard registration system that we’re using does come with some settings that don’t work perfectly for online/virtual events. I’ll ask Eli Singer, who set up the registrations, if he can have these standard confirmation notes delted — but it’s possible there’s no way around that.
Please drop us a line between now and December 14 if you have questions. Good to know you’re looking forward to it.
