I also agree that it is great for young people to travel the world while they study! I was studying in Austria and while I was there I travelled to Italy, Hungary, Czech Republic, Lichtenstein and Croatia! It was great to meet people and learn a lot!

I just want to say that it is important to give young college students the oportunity to study abroad. I have done my studies in two different countries and I think it was one of the best experiences of my life. You get to travel, learn new languages and places, make friends and of course learn a lot in college!
In my case I got a scholarship and it helped me a lot to be able to study abroad, and I think it is important more students get these kind of chances!
