Most of the bloggers and podcasters I know have the published blogs and podcasts that you actually see and hear, and a whole bunch of others dancing around in their heads.

I’m no exception. But this week, I decided to make one my “potential projects” a reality with the by launching the Connected Worker website.

Connected Worker will mix my passion for social media, which I talk about on this blog and on the New Comm Road podcast, with my interest in career development. It will focus on how to use the social web to build a stronger personal brand and professional profile.

Rest assured that this blog isn’t going anywhere, though it may take me some to work out which content is most appropriate for this site and what will work best over at Connected Worker.

This is a new challenge, and I’m excited about it.
