Hey Bryan. Yes, not the title I'd expect from a Monster.com employee. =-]

Your comments do raise a question.

What is Monster.com doing to prepare itself for the possible demise of the traditional resume? There is certainly plenty of chatter online about "death to the resume," and I'm curious what job boards are thinking/doing in light of services such as LinkedIn and FaceBook getting so much attention about potentially replacing the traditional resume.

Your thoughts?

Regards,
@teenarose

Warren, it'd be great if you could share you link so that I could have a look!

Chris Penn's SMR and mine rank so highly because we have several inbound links to them from other sites. Google likes links!

Bryan,

A great concept that's long overdue. I've followed your template and created my own, I'd love your feedback, by the way. One thing that really intrigues me about your page and Chris Penn's is how you got the SEO ranking so high. Any tips that you can share?

Thanks,
